I’ve been a STOTT PILATES certified instructor in Mat & Reformer since 2004, as well as a bootybarre instructor for the last 7 years, after changing direction from that of an Accident & Emergency nurse.
I teaches with a passion, providing an enjoyable experience in each and every workout. My aims for all classes are to be dynamic & challenging.
During the classes, you will receive a whole body workout, discovering muscles you never knew you had! Take a class and experience the positive changes that a little bit of sweat, breathing, and concentration can have on your health and wellbeing.
By committing to attending regular sessions you will ensure great results to the look & feel of your body.
Since completing the certification as a Health Coach, I further support clients to achieve healthier bodies & minds.

Living Wisely for Wellbeing is an accountability program I have designed. It is a 6 week program that will support & guide you to living healthier, becoming aware of your habits & make better decisions regarding your wellbeing.
Commencing Monday 6th January 2020, Living Wisely for Wellbeing will give you weekly habit changes to implement, the accountability to ensure you stick to your goals, resources to support you in creating long lasting changes, There will be workouts & recipe suggestions to point you in the right direction.
This is not about dictating what you should & shouldn't do, this is about you creating your own amazingness.
I will be your cheerleader (pompoms optional!), proving you with the guidance & support as you need it.
