During this time when we are in social distancing due to Covid-19, I have taken to the online world with the classes.
On offer are barre & Pilates classes. All classes are 45 minutes in duration. You can join in with live workouts via Zoom or select to do a fortnightly membership to access the classes at your convenience.
Please book in for the classes via the timetable. Once scheduled you will receive a confirmation email & the zoom link to join the class live. Pay as you go classes are £5 per class.
If you would rather join the membership option, payment is £20 a fortnight with unlimited access to all the classes & you are able to join live (please book in for the class via the timetable to receive your link) or access a private group to view the classes at a time that suits you. The bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Barre workouts have become a popular choice with celebrities.
The MOTR is Movement On The Roller. This genius piece of Pilates equipment incorporates 3 different weight levels of resistance as well as challenging balance, co-ordination & cardio. Working with different positions on & off the roller you will be challenged making this such a multifunctional workout.
The fundamentals of Pilates are taught to ensure correct engagement of the core. Using your own body for resistance, in addition to props such as the Reformer Machine, flexband, fitness circle & mini-ball, you will soon reap the rewards. Sessions will be tailored to your individual needs & be of benefit to persons returning to exercise, new to Pilates, pre or postal or require rehabilitation following injury.
