Payments can be made at the time of booking via the online scheduling system, cash payment or via the card reader on arrival to the studio. 

Classes cancelled with less than 12 hours noticed will be forfeited.



Class Booking

  • Class bookings can be made via the online system in advance.  Bookings are essential due to benefit of having small classes

  • The purchasing of a package of classes will not only save you money, but also create commitment and discipline in you to attend classes regularly

  • You are able to change and cancel your booking via the online system.  There is a 12 hour cancellation policy, with any late cancellation within this 12 hour window or a no show to class will forfeit that class.

  • Spontaneity is allowed and you may just feel like rocking up to a class. Great! Please do check online or give a quick call to make sure that there is a spot available.

Before Class

  • You will need to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before commencement of class to complete the form.

  • If you have any medical conditions or concerns that you feel your instructor should be made aware of, you will need to complete a medical conditions form.

  • Inform your Reform Barre & Pilates  instructor of any conditions that may restrict you in your class or issues of potential concern.

  • Drink plenty of water and do not have anything to heavy to eat.

  • Punctuality - please be on time. Classes will commence promptly. I want people to enjoy their workout and late comers can a distraction

  • Hydration. Reform Barre & Pilates is not your typical Pilates studio – we don’t believe in just doing mat exercises. Classes are challenging – so you are advised to bring along some H2O – you will need it!

  • Grip socks are recommended

  • Ideally come dressed ready for action!

After Class

  • Please assist, by wiping down the equipment at the end of each class with the products provided.
